Treetle 101

Where To Do

Are you part of a football or basketball club with loads of charged up members but nowhere to play? Fret not! With our “Where To Do’ feature, you don’t need to look anywhere else. We list venues where you can play, so that you are never limited by space again.

And in case you have interests in other activities, like photography or pottery, we feature places where you can learn some new skills from the pros.

Adding Members

More Goodness....

Recurring Events

Say your theater group is putting up a play on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays for the next three weeks. You can simply select these days in the form and create nine events in one go!

Similarly, if you want to host a summer play group every Saturday for the next 10 weeks, choose weekly recurring events

Once the events are created, you can edit each event separately. Other events won’t be affected

If you choose, an email with updated event information will go out to club members

Repeat Events

This feature lets you create a new event in a snap! When you click on the repeat event button, all event details, other than time, are copied into the new event template. Enter the time and create a new event. How easy is that?

Cross-Post Events

When you post an event in your club, sometimes you may want members in other nearby clubs to know about it as well (e.g., you might want to let a mother’s club in a neighboring town know about the bake sale your PTA club is hosting)

Treetle lets you cross-post your event in up to two other clubs (with some restrictions, because we’re at war with spam!)

We did this to help you let more people know about events you are organizing

Sub-clubs

If you run a broad interest-group (e.g., apartment complex, alumni club, or if you're a merchant), not all members are interested in every email you send. Pretty soon they relegate all emails to their blind-spot, including ones they should be seeing. But now, you can create sub-clubs for specific interest group under your primary club and reach out to exactly the right audience.
