At Treetle, we like going home every single day knowing we've learnt something new, and it's not necessarily in our specific field of expertise. That's because everyone wears multiple hats. Everyone chips in. If dev has an idea about marketing, we discuss it. If marketing disagree with dev schedule, we discuss it. If you don't speak up, we call you out to seek your input. We use whiteboards and bullet-points, which means you have tremendous creative freedom on how you implement an idea.
We do team dinners. We play Table Tennis. We brainstorm. We help each other out. Above all, we have fun!
Our recruiting process is simple. As long as you can demonstrate that you can accomplish the work you'll be joining the team to do, you should feel comfortable. As a final step, before we extend you an offer, you will have the opportunity to spend time with the entire team so you can ask any questions you have. See for yourself the passion we bring to the job, and what our work culture is like. This final step is probably the most important for both of us!
If you work with us, we can assure you of one thing: you will learn more here than probably anywhere else, and have more fun doing it - that's just the way we work. Learn new things. Every. Single. Day.
Account and Community Managers (Interns)
While the product journey is far from over, we at Treetle are now turning to marketing to bring the magic of the platform alive.
So if you are an MBA (recent grad/final year) and looking for an internship to give you the ultimate practical edge in the happening world of social media and internet marketing, then you are looking at the right webpage.
But for us to be on the same page there are a few pre-requisites:
1. Send us your resume to awesomejobs [at] treetle [dot] com AND anything else that will make you stand out
2. When short-listed, you will have to demonstrate some marketing and sales acumen in an online test
3. Once through the basics, you'll meet with us for a 'gumption' test (an interview) where you will display creativity and hunger.
You'll be scanning the environment for best-fit customers and engaging with them right from introductions to execution of their strategy (Yes, the entire marketing spectrum. How cool is that!)
You'll also be employing channels like Facebook and Twitter to meet various business goals. FB in office you ask? Yes, we are not kidding.
And yes, you get paid for it too! (In addition to a Volvo monthly-pass and free food at office!)
So what are you going to send us in that email of yours to make sure you hook this position?
